Initial Consultation/Virtual Follow-Ups

Service Description

Virtual Training works - sometimes even better than In-Person Sessions! In the Initial Consultation we will go over your dog's history, health, other details, and initial training tips/knowledge before getting to work on meeting your goals. We will also discuss recommended next steps for you and your dog specifically - whether continuing virtually or meeting in person, packages available, and how/when to book. Your initial training plan - including goals, initial homework, detailed notes and recommended next steps - will be emailed over within 24 hours. --- For Follow Up sessions specifically, it is recommended to book at a time when both you and your dog are ready to play! Even if you live thousands of miles away and are working through a behavior modification plan, rest assured we have plenty of inside exercises to work on timing and muscle memory to ensure success in the real world on your own. In-person sessions may be necessary for certain behavior modification plans. If you do live thousands of miles away and decide that you would prefer In-Person sessions, I will also help provide you with names and contacts of reputable trainers in your area. --- A meeting link will be sent to your email at least 15 minutes before your session.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, of course, but rescheduling last minute causes other dogs to lose out on extra help and makes it hard to run a small business. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. While it would be extremely rare, do note the 72 hour rule is mutual on our end, too!
